Over heating problem

I have to keep putting water in my 99 Ford
LX 3.8 I do it every morning but yesterday all
of a sudden I hear hissing toward the back
engine and see water coming out a hose I
don't know if it busted but it showed it was
over heating inside van what is that house
so I can maybe get it replaced nobody
seems to know..

some kind of heater bypass better idea thing, maybe something froze and cracked if your not adding antifreeze with the daily water ????

May be one of the two heater hoses. Trace it back to both ends and take it off and replace it, take it with you to auto-zone and get a new one.
