Lost tune?

I bought an XC 90 T6 inscription and got a
polestar tune done.
Just had it’s 30k service and the new software
update and as soon as I hoped in the car it
felt like the tune has been wiped or lost? It’s
definitely not as touching and aggressive. It’s
changing gears faster not letting it hit the
4500 rev mark where the tune pushes out its
peak performance am I crazy? Or is this
possible?

I would talk to the dealer that performed the service, let them double check the work.
