Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I'm a little confused the tag says dealer price on cars guru..when i spoke with
the salesman he said cars guru was wrong...the car is 35,000 with the
incentives it comes to 33,000.  why put the selling price at 31,000 when it's
not..Is this a case of the salesman trying to make a few more dollars?

Thanks Tom, just to clarify... so on carguru that is a price given by the dealer? pretty much to lure you in..sorry Tom this car buying makes me a bit crazy with all the wheeling and dealing.

The dealers set all the prices. There seems to be a lot of BS and bait and switch going on. The fine print in the ad might explain the difference.
