Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I try to start my car it trys to start but it won't
turn over like the starter or motor is locked up  but
starter is good and I can turn the fly wheel I tried
jumping it and stiil won't turn over

Hello I had also same problem few days ago with my car Kia Rio 2008 model it started very bad,and I did everything which master told me change battery,to fixed starter but nothing 2 days ago is one of the master in Baku told me that lets change your starter and put it another car starter which is model Hyunday Sonata 1998 model because this is model car starter work very good.And we changed starter and no any problem at all.It started excellent.
