How do I turn off the backup alarm in 2018 Ram 3500?

I just bought the 2019 3500, had the same problem. I went to the dealership last week to ask them. The guy from the service department came back and told me there was absolutely no way...he said they couldn’t even reprogram the computer to change it. So.... I started going through the settings and found it. Look for the commercial settings and you’ll find it there.

I have a 2019 Ram 3500 Limited, and it has the rear back-up alarm. The other guy was right. Just enter the commercial settings page in the instrument cluster. Turn it off from there.

What is the PIN # or where do you acquire the 4 digit PIN number that it asks for to turn it off? I contacted RAM's service department and was provided a "key code PIN" that did not work.

On my 2019 Ram 2500 had a code 0000 from the factory. I was able turn off at the location described above.

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 turbo diesel and I don’t have a commercial settings. I have a backup beeper also. Probably just have to unplug from underneath????

I have a 2019 3500 with commerical settings and it only has AUX switches and PIN setup. There's nothing in there to disable my backup alarm.

I have a 2019 Ram 2500 that does not have the commercial settings option. I tried removing the fuse for the backup alarm and it still did not work. Any ideas on what else I could try?

Unplug the backup beeper.
