fix fuel starving problem

need to know if there is a filter inside the fuel tank
of a kia spectra 02 model as I am having a problem
with my car it seems to be starving for fuel I have
changed the filter outside but it doesn't seemed to
have helped much I have also undone the bung on
the tank and flushed fuel though it while I rocked
the car have also put an injector cleaner into the
tank the car drives but when I slow down it starts
to surge and bunny hop as thought not enough fuel

More than likely there is a fuel pressure issue, have the fuel pressure checked.
