1999 Ford Taurus wont start extreme cold.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I live in MN and this is the second extreme winter that I have had this problem. I have
replaced the battery, the alternator, the starter, spark plugs and probably more within this
past year and my car won't start. 9 times out of 10 its turn over then die out. But with this
extreme cold it just dies if you turn it off.

What is your fuel pressure ? rest pressure ? what do you mean by "With this extreme cold it just dies if you turn it off " and "9 times out of 10 its turn over and die out" Can that be described as cranks, starts, but dies ? or start/die ? after fuel tests, an injector pulse may need to be verified. tools for these tests can be found at a parts store or your ford dealer can check it. for you. Are there any trouble codes stored in your computer's memory ?
