2018 Ford F150 2.7 misfire

Went to accelerate in my truck. The check engine light
started flashing it went away I have had it come back a few
times now. My check engine light is on. I looked it up it said
it was a misfire in the engine just wondering what types of
misfires people are seeing with their 2018 Ford F150 2.7L

Don't continue to drive it with the misfires, as unburnt fuel is traveling into your catalytic converters and over time will clog them up. Is your truck still under warranty? A call to the Ford service center is advised.
