Buy vs Lease - Toyota Tundra or Ford 150

I drive about 14,000 miles a year. If leasing best
option what should I look for.  Price at time of lease
or does it just matter what the market value is when
lease is finished?

Take everything into consideration. If you plan on using your truck off road or for hauling things I would buy. Make sure you don't exceed the mileage in the lease.
