Car doesn’t crank after fueling

After fueling I crank the car twice it doesn’t  crank but
then after  don’t try the Kranks then I have to I’ll my car up
to three for a bout 2 to 3 minutes and then its ready to
ride Someone please tell me what’s wrong with my car
plus my check engine light will not go off I have change
the 02 sensors sensors  The check engine light calls they
are giving me the change o2 sensors code please tell me
wats going on

EVAP System Repair needed, could just be a purge valve. Charcoal cannister or basically the engine getting flooded. The extra fume going to the enginecan give o2 sensor codes, so find the EVAP system fault and repair.

Never fill fuel tank after it clicks the first time as continuing will fill the charcoal cannister and/or if purge valve is bad it floods the engine at start up, then the cannister will have to be change out or charcoal filter element changed out from it. And if purge valve is bad replace.
