99 Ranger will not crank. Battery runs light, radio, and acc's. When turning on key to start po it only makes a blurp like noise, not a click. It only does it once. Tried to jump it and same thing.

Sounds like bad battery connections, or a low battery. Take off the battery cables and clean the connections. Have the battery checked, may be low on charge or it may have a short causing it to be bad.
