When my pickup hits a bump going 65 mph the left side goes into a dramatic

Make sure your steering damper is in good shape. If you don't have one, install one or two if you have big tires.

Have the toe in checked.

Do you have a dampening hydraulic (like a shock absorber) on the tie rod?
