My wife's van blew the radiator I replaced that and
thermostat and then it started to have issues with
the transmission and it shifts really hard from first
and second and then it drove fine then it lost gears
like it downshifted I need help

Check your trans fluid. If the fluid is a pink color you contaminated the fluid when the radiator blew up. Most radiators have built in transmission coolers and when the overheat or blowup it cracks the cooler causing the coolant and trans fluid to mix. Hope this help.
