1990 Jeep Wrangler won't start

My son's 1990 Jeep Wrangler won't start up.  It
sounds like it's going to start up fine, but it won't
crank.  We already replaced the ignition oil and the
distributor cap and rotor, no luck.  Anyone out there
have any ideas on what to look at next?
