I replaced the distributor, the spark plug wires, the
spark plugs, and the Jeep ran really good for a few
days, now it's missing, any suggestions? Anyone?

I'm assuming that you have a 4.0L I6 These are usually pretty touch motors. To find out which cyl is missing you may have to use some nice insulated pliers and one by one pull plugs and replace till you find the cyl that doesn't change the tone, and that will be your bad cylinder. Once you have isolated that, and depending on the miles it can be a variety of problems, Bad rings, burnt valve. I quick way to tell is with a leak down test, and compression test. With the Jeep it's typically a valve.
