I have a opel cosa lite 3d it's runs at low rev
and when it tech a steep surface it switches
off

There is a fee things that can cause your condition, a vacuum leak or a vacuum hose collapsing. Dirty throttle body, MASS Flow sensor , I have also seen a cracked coil pack cause your issue
