Plugs keep on getting wet

Recently done a few things on my Opel Corsa
160is hatchback 2001 model like putting new
bearings,one new piston with all new
rings,new oil pump, new top gasket kit,no3 on
crank being sceemed,but now it makes all
the plugs wet and then don't want start so
every time I need to put new plugs in like all
four,can you tell me why it wets the plugs all
the time,need help.
