Opel corsa 1.6 gsi

Hi. Have some trouble with my opel corsa 1.6 gsi
The car sounds like it wants to start but dies.
I checked for spark and no problem there. I did a
compression test and found that cylinder 1 and 2
has less compression compared to cylinder 3 and
4. I then removed the head and checked for bent
valves and no sign. Leak checked the valves and
exhaust valves are leaking but not alot. I have no
clue what the problem might be. Please help
