No current on the wires which connect plugs

I have got Nissan sedan super saloon
Singapore make manufactured in 2000. The
engine was watched then driven 6 km then
stopped and found that there was not
current on one wires which connect plugs.
We tried to change sensors and computer
box doesnt work. What could be  the
problem?
