What is the problem?

I was driving and when my gf turned down the
radio a few moments later it cut of and so my a/c
stopped working, my dash, turning, running, hazard
and head lights stopped working but my brake
lights work and everything else works. What is the
problem? I checked the fuses inside my jeep but
not under the hood

Don't blame the GF. I would start by cleaning and tightening the battery connections and maybe also have the alternator and battery tested. Hopefully it is just a bad connection and not a problem with the computer.
