Is the check eng. light on? if you smell raw fuel, that means the is no fire. Poss. coil or coil wire. These will corrode at ends or burn internally. You can use a plug wire off another vech. to test for bad coil wire. Plugs could also be fouled due to bad IAC. When you HOLD gas pedal to the floor when cranking eng. It shuts off the fuel to give you the ability to clear out a flooded condition. You should pull a plug and insp. Sometimes when battery is disconnected, they dont want to idle. You need to keep throttle cracked untill it relearns its idle. Start off like a high idle for a couple of minutes and ever so slowly let it come down to idle. You may have to do this a couple of times. Hope this helps.....
