You probably have a bad blower motor resistor. I just put one in a 99 jeep and ran about $145 but you could probably find it cheaper if you find one on eBay or something

Did anyone ever report the issue to Jeep or National Highway Traffic Safety Administration? If so many of us are having this issue shouldn’t it be reported to consider a recall? I am about to have to replace my 2nd blower motor on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee.
