What wrong with the power window

I have a 1995 Honda accord 2 door i have replaced
the motor and regulator and instaled it. Can run a
wire from battery and can row the window
up&down but plug the motor up to use the switch it
does nothing and i have checked the fuses all good
relay good the switches work when u selected up
or down but on the passanger side dont work from
driver side or passanger side so what is it

Problem with the wires in-between the controls and power or the controls to the motor, also check to make sure the controls are plugged in, possibility that the controls them self are out.
