1997 jeep Cherokee country over heating!!

I can't figure out My over heating problem!!
I put new radiator! New thermostat!
New hoses! New water pump! Censor heating and
cooling! Still heats up! Can't figure it out?? Help

Yes they do! I replaced everything still runs hot over 210 all the time! Also when I go up hill it over heats ! I have to stop wait till it it cools down! Don't know what to do! Even dealership can't figure it out! Help!
