Enjin cut off

2003 1.3rocam just cut off and will not start again
checked al fuses an relays crank pulse sensor
keycoding and still nothing it does not even crank
from ignition what can be the problem

checked one of those junks ,while back and it appeared if it didn't have full voltage in system it locked you out ,
