Jeep keeps dying

So my dad and I have tried fixing this jeep wrangler 4.0 I6 1999 sport but
every time we do it doesn't seem to fix the problem. We have changed the
battery, spark plugs, fuel pump, spark plug wires, distribution cap, Distributor
Cap, Distributor Rotor, ignition coil.  it turns off the engine and power steering
but the power is working still. We need someone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

The check engine sign is not on and we also took it to a shop to see if their is any werid codes and it was perfectly fine
