Keep running hot and leaking. I have replaced thermostat and housing, radiator and electric fan. Fan will only engage when av is turned on. Fan clutch appears to be cutting on and off.

Sounds like the coolent temperature sensor is bad not telling the fan to come on when vehicle reaches operating temperature.

220F is only about 3 lbs pressure and if your using a 15lb cap there's no way it should leak. Check the mating surface make sure the surface is smooth
