Engine shakes upon first spark in the morning

I have been having this problem where if I start the
car early in the morning the car gives off a violent
engine shake. After sometime when the engine
heats up the shaking stop. I have replaced spark
plugs, coils and even fuel injectors but still. What
could be the cause?
