Is 152,000 miles too many for a 2000 Jeep Wrangler?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

They want $5,900, its an automatic, and a 6 cylinder. Also, it only has a hard top.

Best advice is to have a mechanic check it out. The 4.0L inline 6 cyl. Jeep engine is a very robust and reliable engine and can go for much more than 150k. But, it depends on maintenance, how abused the jeep has been off road. Etc. the 4 cyl. Motor is supposed to be very good, but I have no experience with those. The hardtop on jeeps sell for $1000 or more if they're in good shape. It sounds like a goo deal if the jeep has been cared for.

I've purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport in April 2013 for $6500 with 125,000 miles on it. Hard top - Automatic - 4.0 inline six. I probably paid too much...so $5900 is a good deal!
