bought a 2001 wrangler w/ bad engine have a 99 if I take the parts off the 01 and put them on the 99 will it work

hers what I have found if someone else wants to try this.1 mine has a/c the coil pack will not fit without moving the a/c compressor the problem with that is there is no ear for upper a/c comp bolt.A guy told me the motor mounts bolt where not in same place. Everytime I would look at it seemed as if something just wasn't the same. So I sold that engine now looking to buy a head or complete engine.let me know if anyone is has any luck at this
