2003 grand Jeep cherokee

I have a 2003 grand Jeep Cherokee and it won’t
start all the lights come on but it won’t even make
a sound like it wanna start what could it be

Mine was like that ,, the battery was flat once fully charged no problem it worked.

The wiring loom that runs across the back of your valve cover is shorting out on the stud that attaches the loom to your valve cover.....try to wire tie it up a little to keep it from shorting out on that stud....heat and old age don't treat your wires with any respect....hope that helps your problem.
