Engine hunting and more rpm in idling

After cleaning throttle body removing engine
hunting and raising

did you clean the idle control valve too? The system might need to adjust to the clean throttle body. disconnect the negative battery cable off the battery for 15 mins and reconnect. This will clear any parameters in the vehicle back to default.
