I hear a clicking noise coming from a small round unit on left side of battery and in front of fuse box unit . Is that normal?

Well if all systems are behaving normally, it's normal. This unit is a relay, which has contacts, perhaps reguates voltage..would know if you'd look on the roadmap for which this component is...in short, let sleeping dogs lie...
