Trying to start but not turning over

I have a jeep liberty sport 2002 and i have replaced
everything i can think of from starter to wires and i can not
seem to get it running. There is no code showing and it
wont start up if anyone could help me please do so.

You are saying the engine will not crank (turn) when you put the key to the Start position?
