do i med to change my oil after using head gasket sealer, will it still smoke if i do not change the oil

You do need to change oil because anti freeze is in that oil but if it still smokes after that the head gasket sealer did not work.

I would look at the oil dipstick and the oil filler cap to see if there is any evidence of coolant in the oil. Coolant does NOT always end up in the oil from a failed head gasket. If there is no evidence of coolant in the oil I probably would skip the oil change unless it was due. Also refer to the directions for the product you used to seal the leak.
