Can I run my 03 jeep library without the thermostat?

For all the trouble it would take to remove a thermostat, you could easily pop the new one it at the same time. Not having a thermostat won't mitigate overheating caused by another faulty component.

yes but why...its there to help the engine get to its operating temp asap.
