Why would you leave the dealership if they didn't work? Take the fobs back and have them correct the issue. In order for you to program additional fobs, you need a working one. It sounds like that is not the case in your situation. You would need to find an automotive locksmith or the dealer to program the first one, then you can program others. Instructions are found online or in the owners manual. I always tell people when buying used cars to make sure they have a working key and fob, preferable two. for this reason. Good Luck!
