overheating 3.7 liter 2003 jeep linerty

i have a 2003 3.7 liter v6 jeep liberty
that over heats and is giving me a
check engine light. i have replaced
the fan , main switch, temp sensor,
thermostate and 2 20 amp fuses (
blown) one relay ( blown) the fan will
still not come on. what the hell am i
missing?

is the exhaust white ? is there goop under the oil fill cap ? is the head gasket blown ? Live and learn , none of us were born a mechanic
