I have no way of knowing but since you are asking you probably know the engine and transmission are well past the typical lifespan. Keep doing what you have been doing as it apparently works well!

Probably when someone else uses it , that's when things like to go wrong ,
I have a 2009 Yukon Denali with 235,000 miles. it was serviced every 5,000 miles. When can I expect to need a new transmission and/or engine?
