electric problem

My denali has no door locks no sound coming out
the radio no button to open the back glass and no
cigarette lighter and they all went out at the
sametime can you please help me and i checked
all the fuses to

No the battery hasnt been removed r dead. The code reader doesnt say anything but for cam r crank shaft sencor , o2 heater circuit, and distributor
