My Audi A3 won't start

The car it start at 1st then shut off.......then will just
crank until it shows oil light........Please help me

my audi does not wan to sart when i tune the key pls me its A3 1.8

Kamo118 sounds like you might have a plugged exhaust. Check the tailpipe to make sure no one shoved something in there. If you have a diesel (check the attached photo). If it's clear, try disconnecting the exhaust at the turbo, then stick your finger inside the turbo to see if it spins, if it's locked up, you need a new turbo. If it spins, see if the car starts. If it starts then you may have a plugged Catalytic converter or muffler. Attach the Catalytic converter without the muffler and try it again, if it starts the Cat is ok and the muffler is plugged. You can also try removing the O2 sensor before the Catalytic converter if it's easier.
