I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty that has about 136,000 miles on it. It has received every required servicing including and oil and filter change every 3600 miles. Right now, between servicings I have to put in 1 to 2 quarts of oil. I have asked my service representative, Jake at York Jeep about it and he says that it is just because it is an older car. I have talked to a couple mechanics, who basically said "that's crap" and that if my car has received all its servicings this should not be happening. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? 4 Answers

I've just been told I need 2 head gaskets and a timing belt change on a 2012 Jeep Liberty. The dealer estimate is 6000 plus. The car has 62,600 miles on it, I've had it less than 2 years and I've I've paid more than 10,000 on it so far and owe about 5,700. Should I repair it? Thanks 3 Answers
