Why when calling my Car Gurus account manager, after the recorded greeting it goes into silence and no one ever picks up.
Can not get a hold of our Account Manager Marc Notarangelo,....we have old
reviews/star ratings (under the prior ownership) we have a 1 star rating on
there because a customer made a low offer on a car and the old owner did
not accept it, so our star rating went from 5 stars to 3 1/2 stars,
REALLY.....so if anyone rates us a 1 star because they don't like the color of
our building or the car was out of their price range, they can ruin our rating.
This rating system is awful and is attached to our name next to each car we
PAY you to advertise for us! Did anyone think this through, it beyond
ridiculous !
