how do you know if you still have a warranty on your Jeep Liberty?

My car ESP light keep coming on, then my car doesn't seem to want to go up to speed then when I'm about to park it seem to jump like when coming to a stop. If I'm speeding it might start shaking alittle and then a smell of wires burning also my larger gauge is moving up and back down I think it's the htmx1000 gauge. I'm not sure what's wrong with my 2006 Jeep Liberty but it feel like transmission.
