My heat stopped working. What do I check first?

Heat, defrost, AC all stopped working in my 99 explorer sport. It does not even
turn on at all. Theres no air. No nothing. Its killing me. Too cold out. Help!!

If the fuse is good check the blower motor by disconnecting it and hooking it up to a known good 12V source. If it doesn't operate, then the motor is bad.
