Temperature gauge not moving and the ac is not
blowing cold

Sounds like the coolant temperature sensor is bad or unplugged. Is the check engine light on as well? You should be covered by new car warranty. Visit your local Chevrolet Dealer and have it fixed for free. When you unplug the coolant temperature sensor the computer automatically thinks the engine is overheating, to be safe. With this in mind the air conditioning is disabled because it puts an added load on the cooling system. HTH. -Jim
