I question the age of your battery...as the new ones age, the are unable to recharge...and gimp along in a par-charge condition~...so make sure the battery is newish (less than 7) years old...and the battery terminal connections should be cleaned with a wirebrush to establish solid connections~ so my verdict...a new battery~
