It will not turn over at all. The lights and wipers come on

Have you checked the starter? Clean the battery terminals and the battery cables and if the battery cables are bad then replace them. If you jump the car does it start or turn over?

Sounds like your main ignition relay underneath the hood.

If it won't even turn over with a jump I would have the starter replaced or checked out. If you can take it out yourself most auto parts stores can check it for you.

After you do what Full_of_Regrets suggested, which is good advice, if it still does not turn over use a jumper cable from Red+ battery post directly to starter Pos+, where the big cable attaches, by-passing solenoid and see what happens. I assume this is automatic transmission. If it's not, forget that you can run over yourself if it catches

Ford - There are several identical relays in the relay box. All you have to do is swap them around to see if it is a bad relay. No testing required.
