Why does my A/C blow hot AFTER BREAKING & SHARP TURNS? I hear a thump like the vent door is opening followed by hot air

every time I  make a R/L turn or a come to a stop. I hear a thump like a vent door is
opening then the A/C blows hot air. I can turn off the A/C for a while then on again and
A/C is cold until I make another turn or stop.

There is a possibility you have a vacuum canister leak. It could be when the engine revs slows you're loosing vacuum. You will require a service manual for your particular vehicle to determine the vacuum problem, but check the lines first. Some vehicles have a valve on the canister which opens and closes to maintain vacuum.

Problem ended up being the HEATER BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR had a stripped gear inside it. I was able to replace the gear with one from another actuator!
