If purchasing a Honda Pilot in late October or early November, what type of price differences/price incentives should I expect to see between a 2017 and 2018 model?
You can expect more on a 2017. Check with your local dealer. Most times they will not know till the incentive is active.
Dealers are always very anxious to get last year's models off the lot once the new models start coming in. For example, I bought my '93 Caprice in October of 1993. Sticker price on the car was $20,150. I got the car for $16,100. There was a factory rebate on the car, plus dealer discounts, and they inflated my trade in allowance. So when the time gets closer, start shopping. Stay away from demonstrators and "program" vehicles though. People tend to best on them because they're not buying that particular vehicle. They're just trying it out. You want a NEW vehicle. My Caprice had 13 miles on it when I took delivery. HTH. -Jim
*-People tend to BEAT on them. Sorry. -Jim
